As Albert Einstein famously noted: “The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.” In the current febrile times, as businesses re-invent themselves in order to move forward in the post-COVID-19 world, agility is more than just a desirable trait – it is the key to survival. As Charles Darwin noted: “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.”
